All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique, fragile, and high-value nature of our furniture and lighting pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please measure your space and review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Shipping Times & Processing
Processing: Orders are securely packaged and processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Transit Times: Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Freight / Large Items: Heavy furniture shipments may require additional coordination and transit time. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Mandatory Signature Required
To protect your investment and prevent theft, all shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. A carrier representative (UPS/FedEx/Freight) will not leave packages at your doorstep unattended. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the delivery.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box so we can assist you.
